Placing An Order
Can I call in to place an order?
If you need help placing an order, please contact AAAS MemberCentral Support using the information provided on the Contact page. Be sure to have your credit card available to complete the purchase.
What are my options if the issue that I want is out of stock?
Unfortunately, we can not reprint issues that are out of stock. If you would like to order a particular article, you can do so here.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes. Please note that shipping takes longer for international orders. Refer to the shipping options upon checkout.
Are you able to deliver to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes using FedEx or UPS. However, we are able to ship to PO boxes via any USPS service. Please refer to the shipping options upon checkout.
Can I save items in my cart and come back later to order?
Unfortunately, in order to protect your information, we cannot save incomplete orders.
How can I edit my order once it has been placed?
In some circumstances your order may not be changed once it has been placed. If you would like to try to change the quantity of your order, please email YGS with the address provided on the Contact page as soon as you notice an error with your order.
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. Please be sure all information is correct prior to submitting the order.
What do I do if I lost my receipt/confirmation email?
Be sure to check SPAM folders for confirmation emails. If you have not received a confirmation email, please email YGS with the address provided on the Contact page
Are inserts included with the magazine issue?
Unfortunately, because some inserts are time sensitive, we are unable to provide them with single issues.
Charges/Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We only accept credit card payments - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. Unfortunately, we are unable to support 19-digit Payment Account Numbers at this time.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged as soon as the order has been placed.
What do I do if I need a refund?

How can I check the status of my refund?

How long does it take to process a refund?
It usually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to process.

What are your shipping options and policies?
We offer different shipping options for domestic and international orders.
Domestic:
USPS First-Class Mail® is a fast, affordable way to send one issue. Please allow 5 business days for delivery.
USPS Priority - Available for all domestic orders and includes USPS Tracking®. Please allow 5 business days for delivery.
FedEx Ground - Available for all domestic orders. Please allow 7 business days for delivery.
FedEx Express Saver - Available for all domestic orders. Please allow 5 business days for delivery.
International:
International Priority Airmail - Available for all international orders. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Please note that tracking is not available with this shipping option.
FedEx International Economy - Available for all international orders. Please allow 7 business days for delivery.
FedEx International Priority - Available for all international orders. Please allow 5 businessdays for delivery.
If ordered issues are over 4 years old, allow an additional 1 week for delivery. Estimated shipping times may be subject to change based on shipping address.
Are you able to delay shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this service.
What do I do if I have not received my delivery within the expected arrival time?

What if an item arrives damaged?
